Shawn Rankin is an accredited Indoor Air Quality Investigator, a board certified Indoor Environmentalist, a Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Designer. He is recognized by the CMHC as a Healthy Home Builder and Designer. He is certified in Radon, Lead, and Mold Investigations. We also offer Building Durability and Sustainability reports; School Profiles; Arena/Pool Profiles as well as Designated Substance Surveys. We can implement custom design Data Logging. Shawn also lectures and offers training. We also specialize in testing and advising on Grow Ops. We can also provide Insurance Clearance Testing. We can provide home inspections prior to you purchasing your home so that you can have it tested to make sure you aren’t purchasing big problems. 

Shawn recently finished his Asbestos Abatement Worker Course 253W and Asbestos Abatement Supervisor 253S courses under regulation 278-2005 OHSA.  He is now certified to do Residential and Commercial Asbestos Surveys.
